Removed code from NoteEditor which was causing #16389 and also removed its fun from Collection.kt

Fixes

• Fixes [BUG]: image occlusion type reappears when a card is added #16389

Approach

• Removed the lines mentioned in Integrate image occlusion editor #14884 (comment)
• Also removed it's relevant fun in Collection.kt

Compiles and builds, and bug squashed.
